The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "a) Issue a writ, order or direction more specifically in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondents, to fix uniform minimum "piece rate per bag" for all the workers working under "No Work No Pay" system across all the depots and godowns of the Respondent No.2; and b) Issue a writ, order or direction more specifically in the nature The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of mandamus thereby directing the Respondents, to revise the ASOR % of workers working under "No Work No Pay" system across all the depots and godowns of the Respondent No.2 every six months.
Pass such other further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite various representations, no decision has been taken with the respect to the issues raised in the said representations.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2, appearing on advance notice, submits that the present petition will be treated as a representation and the same will be decided by the respondent No. 2 within six weeks from today. The said decision will be passed by a speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners through its General Secretary or any other authorised person, in accordance with law, under due intimation to the petitioners.

Let the needful be done within six weeks from today. 7.
Needless to state that the petitioner will be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, after such decision, if so advised.
