Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of the Code Of Civil Procedure, 1908 in the civil suit bearing CS-SCJNo.671/2020 titled as, "Yusuf Khan Vs. Vijay Laxmi & others" is now listed for hearing and disposal on 09.01.2026.

It is expected that the said application will be taken up for hearing and disposal on the scheduled date. In light thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
