Learned counsel for the respondent / Bureau of Immigration, who appears on advance notice, submits that as on date, no Look out Circular (LOC) exists against the petitioner.

The above redresses the limited grievance of the petitioner as canvassed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
