They state that this petition was filed by the petitioner / tenant against the order of eviction of the petitioner / tenant passed by the Rent Control Tribunal in appeal against the order of the Additional Rent Controller of dismissal of the petition for eviction under Section 14(1)(a) and (c) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 filed by the respondent / landlord. It is further stated that the petitioner / tenant has since settled with the respondent / landlord and vacated the tenancy premises and the parties are now left with no rights/claims against each other.
