The appeal is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of accordingly. The pending applications also stand disposed of. It is, however, hoped and expected that the learned Family Court shall adjudicate the pending proceedings for divorce between the parties to this appeal, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unwarranted adjournments.
