By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [erstwhile Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973], the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.168/2019 registered at PS.: Bindapur, Delhi under Sections 302/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959.
