The present revision petition impugns order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by Sessions Court exercising revisional jurisdiction. 2.

Mr. Hemant Mehla, APP for State, has pointed out that such a petition is not maintainable under Section 397(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Counsel for the Petitioner accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other appropriate remedies. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending application is also disposed of.
