W.P.(C) 1971/2017 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners. Ms.Rani Chhabra, counsel for the petitioners, submits that the grievance of the petitioners is that their area has not been surveyed. Mr.Sri Harsha Peechara, learned counsel for the NDMC, submits that the surveys have

been conducted. However, he assures that the petitioners would also be covered in the survey and all the supporting documents would also be accepted as provided by them.

In view of the submissions made, the writ petition and all the pending applications are disposed of.
