O R D E R

% 11.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has decided to accept the Award passed by the Arbitrator subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the interest @ 15% instead of 18% mentioned in the Award.

He further submits that said payment shall be made by the petitioner to the respondent positively within three months from today with upto date interest. In case the said payment is not made within three months then the petitioner shall entitled to pay the interest @ 18% p.a.The said suggestion is acceptable to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent agrees to withdraw the complaint filed against the petitioner before Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. In view of the consent, the present petition along with pending

applications are disposed of. No further orders are required to be passed in the objection under Section 34 of the Act. The statement made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted.

Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
