This petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "i. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order directing respondents to inform affiliating body as well as Department of Higher Education, Government of Gujarat communicating status of petitioner institution as recognized institution for conducting PTC(D.El.Ed) course; and/ or ii. issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ or order or direction to respondents to inform affiliating body as well as Department of Higher Education, Government of Gujarat communicating status of petitioner institution as recognized institution for conducting PTC(D.El.Ed) course.; and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. iii. pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner institute has not been updated as recognized institute by the respondent/NCTE.

Issue notice. Mr. Mohinder Rupal, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent NCTE accepts notice.

On instructions, he submits that the status of petitioner institution as recognized institution, upon verification, will be updated on the website of the NCTE.

He submits that the needful will be done within a period of two weeks. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/NCTE shall remain bound by the same.

6.

In the event, the respondent NCTE finds the petitioner institution is recognized as per its records, necessary communication shall be sent to the affiliating university, as well as, the State authorities within the time period stated hereinabove.

No further orders are called for.

The petition stands disposed of 9.
