The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks following the prayer:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly set aside the eviction order dated 06.06.2025 passed by the court of Ms. Arjinder Kaur, ARC-02, Central, THC, Delhi in Eviction Petition bearing RC/ARC NO. 77242/2016 and consequently dismiss the eviction petition ."

In pursuance of the Court notice issued to the petitioner vide order dated 15.01.2026, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsels for the parties submits that in pursuance of the order dated 03.12.2025, the possession of subject premises has been handed over to the respondent/landlord on 11.01.2026.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
