Petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents for compliance with Order dated 01.05.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC-02, Patiala House Court, Delhi granting permission for Regular Interviews between the Petitioner and her husband (both under-trial prisoners) and for enforcement of their Fundamental Rights under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and relevant Provisions of Delhi Jail Manual.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice and submits that this Order dated 01.05.2025 has also been challenged on behalf of the State and the Writ Petition is pending for hearing on 06.01.2026. Essentially, the prayer of the Petitioner in the present Petition is that the implementation and execution of the Order dated 01.05.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC be directed. 3.

It is further submitted that vide Order dated 08.08.2025, learned CJM has directed that the Report dated 05.06.2025 has been received from the Jail, which has been taken on record and the Applicant/Accused has been given The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. liberty to take appropriate recourse in law as conceded. 4.

It is evident that the Petitioner clearly seeks execution of Order dated 01.05.2025 passed by Ld. JMFC, which is not within the scope of present Petition. If he has any grievance, he may agitate the same in the Writ Petition filed on behalf of the State, which is already pending. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, present Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of.
