By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 65/2025 dated 03.05.2025, registered under Sections 109(1)/309(6)/61(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Tilak Marg, District New Delhi.

In the course of hearing, Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that a material report of the Forensic Science Laboratory ["FSL"] is expected today, in respect of the bullet recovered from the body of the victim, the cartridge recovered from the site of occurrence, and the pistol allegedly recovered from the applicant. which time the prosecution expects to file the supplementary chargesheet alongwith the FSL report.

In view of the above, Mr. K.K. Manan, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, does not press the present application at this stage, without prejudice to the applicant's right to file a fresh application for bail before the learned Sessions Court after the filing of the supplementary chargesheet.

The bail application is disposed of in terms of the above submissions. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter, or of any proposed application, which is for the learned Sessions Court to consider in accordance with law.
