This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.2 and 3 to put the legal heirs of the petitioner of Late. Sh. Daya Kishan (for short 'deceased') in possession of property bearing Khasra No.33/19(1-8) at Village Khera Kalan, Delhi in compliance with Section 23 of the Consolidation Act, 1948.

The case pleaded is that in consolidation proceedings, the deceased was allotted land and that allotment has attained finality but till date the possession has not been handed over.

The grievance raised is that no response is received to the request made by the petitioner including an application dated 08.07.2025. 4.

Mr. Lalltaksh Joshi, learned counsel appears on advance notice for the respondents.
