Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 30th October 2025, counsel for the plaintiffs, on instructions from the plaintiffs, seeks to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file a fresh suit with better particulars.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In view of the fact that the suit has been withdrawn at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
