% 19.02.2020 This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take action for demolition/defacing the public urinal block, which has been in existence at the entrance of Katra Nageen Chand having Municipal No.1397, Chandni Chowk, Delhi, just opposite Shani Mandir, Chandni Chowk Metro Station.

Today, this court in a writ petition being W.P.(C) 3270/2017, title 'Om Prakash Jain v. Manoj Jain & Anr.' has already passed a direction regarding the urinal.

Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms as the order of this court passed today in the aforenoted writ petition, i.e. W.P.(C) 3270/2017.
