CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 03.03.2017 CM No.8585/2017 Allowed subject to all just exceptions.

CM(M) 257/2017 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the reply to the leave to defend application was filed by the respondent in response to the eviction petition filed by the petitioner way back on 20.07.2013. He submits that till date, there is continuous delay in disposal of the application for leave to defend on one ground or the other.

The ARC is requested to take note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and may endeavour to dispose of the application for leave to defend expeditiously within a short duration. No adjournment should be given to the parties other than on emergent situations. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J MARCH 03, 2017/rb
