A Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C and Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.621/2024 dated 25.09.2024 under Section 380/448/427/506/120B IPC registered at Police Station Mundka, Outer District, Delhi.

The present Writ Petition is sought to be withdrawn on behalf of learned counsel for the Petitioner with liberty to file an appropriate Petition after the investigations are concluded by the I.O. 3.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, if the need be.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
