Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The application stands disposed of.

CRL.M.A. 7548/2026 (for modification of order dated 08.12.2025) in BAIL APPLN.4101/2025 3.

The present application has been filed seeking modification/reduction of the surety amount i.e. a surety bond of ₹25,000/- with two sureties of like amount for release on bail, as directed to be furnished by this Court, vide order dated 08.12.2025, on the grounds that the Applicant belongs to an inadequately resourced family and is not able to get the surety of the prescribed amount. 4.

The Applicant, despite being admitted on bail by order dated 08.12.2025, has not been able to get the benefit and is still languishing in jail for the reasons stated in the application. Court had specifically noted that if the accused is not able to furnish bail bonds and sureties within one month from the grant of bail, the concerned Court may suo moto take up the case and consider whether the conditions of bail require modification / relaxation. 5.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed to the extent that the Applicant be released on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety for a sum of ₹10,000/- and the said surety shall be family member of the Applicant. 6.

Other conditions as imposed by order dated 08.12.2025 in Paragraph No. 33 shall remain the same.

The application stands disposed of.
