A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India of Constitution of India has been filed for grant of Parole for four weeks to help him to make wedding preparations of his cousin and for maintaining family bondings and social ties.

It is further submitted that there is a marriage of his cousin brother scheduled for 13.11.2025 for which Parole is required to attend the function. 3.

Learned ASC for the State submits that there is an Application filed directly before the Competent Authority.

Submissions heard and record perused.

First and the foremost the reason for filing such a delayed Application and that too directly to the Competent Authority for the occasion of marriage has not been explained.
