First Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Interim Bail in FIR No.0591/2024 under Sections 103/109/333/324/190 BNS read with Sections 25/27 Arms Act, registered at PS: Narela, Delhi. 2.
Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice and submits that there is already a Regular Bail Application pending before this Court and therefore, present Bail Application should not have been filed separately and should have been filed as CRL.M.A. in that Regular Bail Application. 3.
In view of submissions made, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present Bail Application with liberty to file the same as miscellaneous application in Regular Bail Application. 4.
