465/2005 dated 23.07.2005, registered under Sections 147/148/149/323/308/325/354/307/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ["IPC"] [in CRL.M.C. 7614/2025], as well as FIR No. 589/2005 dated 17.06.2005, registered under Sections 506/323/308/34 of the IPC [in CRL.M.C. 7732/2025], at Police Station Mandawali, District East, Delhi, CRL.M.C. 7614/2025 & connected matter.
