% 06.04.2016 The order passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge dated 21.01.2016 clearly reflects that the suit property is located with the New Delhi jurisdiction, being a part of Diplomatic Enclave; the proceedings pending before the District and Sessions Judge, South, Saket are accordingly directed to be transferred to the learned District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi.

Accordingly, suit bearing No. CS (OS) No.128/1993 titled Baker Oil Tools India (P) Ltd. Vs. Bakshi Steels Ltd. is directed to be transferred from the District and Sessions Judge, South to District and Sessions Judge, New Delhi. For the said purpose, the parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, South, Saket on 02.05.2016 who shall pass appropriate order of transfer.
