This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.2 to register the sale deed dated 08.08.2025 presented on the same date for land measuring 04 bigha and 02 biswa out of Khasra No.85/11 East (4-02), situated in the revenue estate of Village Kanjhawala, Delhi, 110081. 2.

The grievance raised is that the application is pending since 08.08.2025 but the needful has not been done by respondent no.2. 3.

Ms. Nitika Bhutani, learned counsel appears for respondent no.1 to 3 on advance notice.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to decide the issue of registration of sale deed of the petitioner in accordance with law within three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order.

Needless to say that the petitioner if aggrieved of decision shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
