% 03.03.2016 IA No.1870/2016 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC. The application has been filed by the plaintiff and the three defendants. The application is accompanied by the affidavit of the plaintiff and the three defendants. It is noted, compromise has been entered into between the parties on 29th January, 2016 and the copy of the compromise deed (along with translation) has been annexed as annexure A. The plaintiff and the defendants who are present in the Court and duly identified by their respective counsel states that they have entered into the compromise deed dated 29th January, 2016.

Learned counsel for both the parties state that the translation is a true translation of the compromise deed executed on 29th January, 2016. The statement is taken on record.
