% 20.07.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the total claim petition before the learned arbitrator was less than Rs. 1 crore. He submits that consequently the concerned district court would have pecuniary jurisdiction to try the matter. It is urged that the similar matters have been transferred to Saket Courts which would be the appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the matter stands transferred to Saket Court. List before the concerned District Judge, Saket Court on 24.08.2017 for appropriate orders.
