% 15.03.2016 In the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, who are stated to be a guild of Auto Rickshaw Chalak in Delhi, limits the relief in the present petition to the issuance of a direction to the Government of NCT of Delhi to register an FIR against persons allegedly involved in the irregularities relating to the issuance of TSR permits in accordance with law and to refer the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation.

Ms Richa Kapoor, learned Addl. Standing Counsel (Crl.), accepts notice and, at the very outset, states that the Government of NCT of Delhi has already taken a decision to refer the subject matter of the present petition to the Central Bureau of Investigation for taking necessary steps in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid statement made on behalf of the Government of NCT of Delhi, the only relief pressed on behalf of the petitioners in the present petition has been satisfied.
