O R D E R

% 06.07.2018 The petitioner faces trial in the criminal case arising out of FIR No. 1767/2015 of police station Neb Sarai in the Court of Special Judge on the charge framed for offences punishable under Sections 6 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Concededly there is evidence to show that the petitioner had subjected two children to unnatural penetrative sexual intercourse one after the other. The case is at the stage of prosecution evidence.

Having regard to the nature of evidence which has been presented, it cannot be said that the accusations are unfounded. Given the progress of the trial already made it cannot be said that there has been an inordinate delay. No good ground for release on bail.

The bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed.
