% 18.04.2016 Settlement Agreement dated March 4, 2016 has been placed on record by the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. I note, that the settlement agreement has been signed by the plaintiff and defendant Nos.1 to 4, so also by their counsels. The same is also signed by the learned Mediator Sh. Iqbal Ashraf Rahmani.

In view of the Settlement Agreement dated March 4, 2016, learned counsel for the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
