The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to incorporate Section 307/308/506 IPC and relevant sections of The Schedules Casts and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention and Atrocities) Act, 1989 in FIR No.157/2016 registered under Section 324/341/34 IPC PS Burari, Delhi against respondents No.4 and 6.

Learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that the matter is already pending investigation for the offences allegedly committed including the offence punishable under The Schedules Casts and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention and Atrocities) Act, 1989.

In view of the above submissions, no further direction is required to be issued in this writ petition.

The petition is dismissed.
