This is a suit for cancellation, declaration and permanent injunction valued at less than Rs.1 crore.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the suit property is situated at Mahavir Enclave which falls under the jurisdiction of District South West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District South West, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South West), Dwarka, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South West), Dwarka, Delhi on 14.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
