2. The total value of the claims and counter-claims is less than Rs.1 crore.

3. In terms of Section 12(2) of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 this petition is transferred to the court of the District Judge, Dwarka (South West), Delhi.

4. The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Dwarka (South-West), Delhi on 23rd March, 2017.
