% 17.07.2017 By these petitions, petitioners (accused persons) and private respondents (complainants / victims) have prayed for quashing of the By:AMULYA

following two cross FIRs.

a) FIR No. 395/2014, under Section 323/308/452/34 IPC registered at PS Fatehpur Beri, Delhi on the complainant of Hemraj (respondent no.2) in Criminal MC No. 1602/2016. b) FIR no. 396/2014, under section 308/325/452/506/34 IPC registered at PS Fatehpur Beri, Delhi on the complaint of Sanjay (respondent no.2) in Crl. M.C. No. 1263/2016. Accused persons and complainants in both the FIRs are related to ^ each other. A quarrel took place between them wherein both the sides sustained injuries. With the intervention of their common friends and other family members petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably. Complainants / victims (private respondents) in both the oases, are present in Court and have been identified by SI S. K. Singh of Police Station Fatehpur Beri. They submit that they have settled the matter in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. They have settled the matter without any undue force pressure ^ or coercion and are not willing to pursue the aforesaid FIRs any further, therefore, the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a quarrel took place between the parties on some trivial matter and that the matter has been settled between them, in the interest of Justice, both the above referred FIRs and consequent proceedings emanating there from are quashed.
