% 09.03.2024 Appellant has filed an appeal for against dismissal of the claim petition vide award dated 15.04.2013 passed by the learned Tribunal. After comprehensive discussion, it is agreed between the parties that the appellant(s) shall be entitled to lump sum payment of Rs.6,85,000/- as full and final settlement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the respondent/Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.6,85,000/- before the concerned tribunal within a period of weeks from today, failing which the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent/Insurance Company shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. from delayed period.

The concerned Tribunal is directed to release the enhanced amount of Rs.6,85,000/- to the appellant/claimant as per the proportions of the award subject to fulfilment of all the requisite formalities.

The present appeal along with the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of with directions in terms of the foregoing settlement.

A copy of this order be sent to concerned Ld. Tribunal with LCR, if requisitioned and received.
