The appellant has filed the present appeal for reduction of the awarded amount.

After comprehensive discussions, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the appellant is agreed to withdraw the present appeal.

In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the direction to the Registrar General of this court to release to the claimant amount deposited by the appellant along with the accrued interest. Statutory amount, if any, be refunded to the appellant/Insurer. 4.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
