% 29.04.2015 The learned counsel for the appellant states that the costs have been paid to the learned counsel for the respondent as directed. The learned counsel for the respondent is present in court. He states that there is no objection to the respondent / plaintiff Ms Karma Chopel Gyasto to appear in person before this court and give specimens of her signatures as well as handwriting before this court. Consequently, we dispose of this appeal by directing that the respondent / plaintiff shall appear before the Joint Registrar on 11.05.2015 for the above purpose. Thereafter evidence shall be led as per the schedule.

The appeal stands disposed of as above.
