% 08.11.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent/SDMC under instructions submits that the private respondents i.e. respondents No. 3 & 4 had approached the ATMCD and they have obtained a stay order against the demolition action in Appeal No.68/2015 titled Kewal Gulati and Another Vs. MCD dated 09.02.2015. The said order is placed on record. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that as and when the status quo order dated 09.02.2015 is vacated/modified, all actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and completed. This statement of the respondent is taken on record. In this view of the matter, nothing else survives in this petition. It is disposed of.
