Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order dated 04.12.2025 passed by learned Duty JMFC, South West, Dwarka Courts, wherein the Investigating Officer had moved an application seeking one day's judicial custody remand of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in the present case on 04.12.2025 and was produced before the learned Duty JMFC on the same day.

The learned Duty JMFC, vide order dated 04.12.2025, directed the release of the petitioner in FIR No. 412/2025. 4.

In view of the aforesaid position, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present proceedings.
