The applicant also seeks leave to withdraw the present petition; with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the learned trial court, as may be permissible, in accordance with law.

For the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by affidavit, the present application is allowed. The matter is taken-up for hearing today.
