By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising from FIR No.710/2022, registered at PS.: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 376/354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 6/10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Learned counsel for the victim has handed over a copy of the Status Report, which is taken on record.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
