By virtue of the present petition, petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardoma Court, Delhi in HMA No. 1441/2021. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in Geetanjali Aggarwal v. Manoj Aggarwal [2024:DHC:7994-FB] seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh in terms of the aforementioned judgment.

As such, the present petition along with the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
