The petitioners have assailed order dated 08.10.2025 passed by learned trial court of Rent Controller, whereby application of the respondent/landlord for permission to get the tenanted premises inspected through a qualified structural engineer in order to establish substantial damage was allowed on the ground that the eviction petition is under Section 14(1)(j) of the Delhi Rent Control Act. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file application before the learned trial court for permission to appoint petitioners‟ own structural engineer also for the said exercise, so that report of structural engineers of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
