The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of the application dated 27th June, 2016 filed by the respondent before the Family Court. 2.

Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the case is listed before the learned Family court on 28th July, 2017 and they shall not seek any adjournment on the said date. The statement of learned counsels for both the parties is taken on record. The learned Family Court shall proceed to hear the respondent's application dated 27th June, 2016. The learned Family Court shall expedite the hearing and disposal of the respondent's application dated 27th June, 2016.
