1. This is a petition by the State seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 22nd November 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge04 (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi in Sessions Case No.58004/2016 arising out of FIR No.309/2011 registered at P.S. Samaipur Badli challenging the acquittal of the Respondents for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC.

2. Having perused the entire trial Court record and the impugned judgment of the trial Court, the Court is not satisfied that sufficient grounds exist for grant of leave to appeal.

3. The petition is dismissed.
