% 10.03.2016 Ld. counsel for defendants submits that parties have settled the dispute vide settlement agreement dated 25.03.2015. On the other hand, ld. counsel for plaintiffs insists for transfer of present case on the ground that he has a liberty to pursue the case even as per the settlement.

This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Defendants are located at Green Park which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 26.05.2016.
