% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `3,95,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award, which shall be proportionately disbursed amongst the claimants. Such additional sum of `3,95,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company within 03 weeks with DHCLSC, failing which it shall carry an interest @ 12% p.a.
