% 22.07.2016 Petitioner submits that presently investigations, in case FIR 1554/2014 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar, are conducted by the local Police Station.

Petitioner has alleged that investigations are not done in a fair manner. He has prayed for transferring the investigations to some independent agency like Central Bureau of Investigation.

On 14th July, 2016 learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that he would be satisfied if investigations are transferred to Crime Branch of Delhi Police from the concerned Police Station. Learned Additional Standing Counsel sought time to take instructions. Learned

Additional Standing Counsel submits that concerned Police Station has no objection in case investigations are transferred to Crime Branch of Delhi Police. Accordingly, it is ordered that investigations, presently conducted by the concerned Police Station, be transferred to Crime Branch of Delhi Police forthwith.
