% 21.04.2016 The present petition has been filed against the order dated 10.11.2014 vide which the Court below granted interim maintenance in favour of the respondents.

The petition is pending before this Court since 03.03.2015. At the time of passing the order on interim protection on 03.03.2015, it was observed that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- was due and subsequently one application was moved for clarification that the amount may be permitted to be deposited before the trial court.

During the course of arguments, it was found that the matter is pending before the trial court for determination of final maintenance.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Court need not to appraise under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the entire material for re-determination of quantum of interim maintenance.

In the facts and circumstances, the present petition and application Crl.M.A. 3211/2015 are disposed of with the direction to the trial court to expedite the determination of final maintenance. P.S.TEJI, J APRIL 21, 2016 dd
