Present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 26.09.2025 in CM APPL.61808/2025 in W.P.(C) 5810/2025 titled "Residents Welfare Association Through its Secretary & Anr. vs. Municipal Corporation of Delhi Through its Commissioner & Ors.", wherein the learned Single Judge allowed the application for early hearing filed on behalf of respondent no.7, and simultaneously directed that till the members of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent no.7 are granted a hearing, no coercive action shall be taken against them even before the impleadment application of respondent no.7 is allowed.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the parties consented to the following directions:- a) Since the underlying writ petition is listed on 10.11.2025, the learned Single Judge may consider hearing the impleadment application filed on behalf of the respondent no.7 and if convenient, also take up for consideration the other application filed by the said applicant. b) The impleadment application shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is disposed of alongwith pending applications, if any.
