Learned counsel for the petitioners/ tenants submits that in compliance of the last order dated 31.10.2025, the tenants have filed their respective affidavit of undertaking, however, the petitioners therein have undertaken to vacate the subject premises positively by 30.04.2026 instead of 31.03.2026.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the respondents/ landlord, upon instructions, submits that the landlords have no objection to the same since the petitioners are undertaking to vacate and hand over the peaceful, physical and vacant possession of the subject premises on or before 30.04.2026, and since they shall be paying user and occupation charges @ Rs.20,000/- per month w.e.f April, 2025 till April, 2026, amounting to a total of Rs.2,60,000/-. However, he submits that in compliance thereof the tenants have not yet paid the arrears of user and occupation charges till The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. As such, in furtherance of the undertakings given by the tenants, learned counsel for the tenants undertakes that the said tenants shall pay/ remit the sum of Rs.2,60,000/- from April, 2025 to April, 2026 in five equal instalments amounting to Rs.52,000/- per month on or before 7th of each month with effect from December, 2025 till April, 2026 directly in the bank account of the respondents/ landlord, details whereof are reproduced as under:

In view of the order dated 31.10.2025, the respective affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioners pursuant thereto, as also the undertakings given by the petitioners today, the present petition alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of.
